ORP METERS
Our range of ORP Meters designed to give better accuracy and long life of the testing instrument. These have the facility to control a 230V AC or your required load signal whether it is a dosing pump or any other electrical load. Simply we have to do is set the low set point and high set point in the controller. Then it will activate the load at low set point and deactivate the load at high set point.
Our range of ORP Meters can be used to control free chlorine level in water treatment, mineral water and swimming pool applications along with dosing pump. We offer controller and transmitter models in all the category of our instruments.

ozonator
The Ozonator is a device with an aerator at the end of its hose, which is inserted in the water, oil or food. It adds a tiny amount of ozone and results in a sanitizing and oxidizing effect. Ozone is produced by adding a third atom of oxygen to a molecule, i.e. O3 instead of the usual O2.

Chemical dosing system
Our Chemical dosing systems can be used in line whilst water is being pumped into a storage tank. Our range has gained the faith of our customer for their host of qualitative feature such as long service life, high performance and sturdy construction. The Unit can be placed within a filtration system to complete the purification of raw water, providing clean safe drinking water at source with the advantage of needing no electrical supply to power and run the unit. Therefore the unit can be used in isolated places where no services are available.
Water analysis
If water is badly polluted like raw sewage, it might be obvious from its appearance or odour. It might be colored or turbid (cloudy), or have solids, oil or foam floating on it. It might have a rotten odour, or smell like industrial chemicals. A lot of dead fish floating on the surface of a lake would be a clear sign that something was wrong.

The use of high quality membrane cleaners is an important part of any Reverse Osmosis plant maintenance programme. There are advantages in cleaning membranes at an early stage of fouling, as irreversible damage can occur when cleaning excessively fouled membranes. Although cleaning techniques acceptable to the membrane manufacturer or OEM should not harm the membrane, the operator should always refer to the manufacturer’s instructions before starting any cleaning programme.
Even though the membrane foulant is often unknown, effective cleaning usually requires some knowledge of the type of foulant and the cleaning options available. Sometimes the causes of fouling can be identified from plant operation. For example, a pressure build up at the membrane inlet may indicate suspended solids, such as iron or colloidal particles in the feed water; in this case there may be an apparent increase in the Silt Density Index (SDI). An increase in pressure at the brine discharge usually indicates some mineral scaling, and the brine analysis can be examined for clues as to its possible nature.
